Remote Personal Training
Consistency comes with having a plan.
If you struggle with knowing where to start when you step into a gym, it helps to have someone create that plan for you. Share your goals and let me create a fitness program that meets your specific needs. Programming can be used with basic equipment found at a local gym or accommodated to work with minimal equipment in your own home.
Pricing options:
$60/month: Programming for athletes with some experience who prefer to train independently. Includes 5 workouts/week.
$85/month: Programming for athletes who are unfamiliar with strength and conditioning. Includes 5 workouts/week, instructional videos, and weekly check ins.
Starting at $100/session: One to one virtual or personal training with me for an hour. Includes 5 workouts/week and weekly check ins.
Specialized programming
Soccer Specific Programming
Programming is provided for both experienced competitive athletes or those brand new to soccer. I have over 30 years of experience playing and developing strength and conditioning programs to support athletes. Depending upon the athlete’s goals, programming can consist of ball work, strength training, or speed/agility development.
