Everyone has the ability to learn to move athletically
Strength and conditioning has been a foundation in my life for the last 25 years.
As a former college athlete, I developed a passion for health and wellness that led to over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer for clients of varying ability levels. In that time, I have helped clients reach their goals through programming specific to their individual needs. These clients have ranged from competitive, sport specific, high school athletes to busy parents with minimal athletic experience. I specialize in the development of basic foundational movement patterns and principles utilizing weight training and other methods to build upon cardiovascular health. In addition to noticeable results, clients have been able to apply this knowledge into their day to day lives.
In addition, my Master’s Degree in Special Education has given me the opportunity to develop adapted fitness programs for individuals of varying needs and abilities. Aside from strength and conditioning, I work as a high school English/Special Education teacher and continue to play soccer, surf, and train as a triathlete.
